Took a year-long sabbatical to immerse in diverse cultures and broaden my global perspective while traveling and rock climbing across Thailand, Laos, Malaysia, Vietnam, Turkey, and Australia. Completed a three-month contract on a family-owned poultry farm in Australia as part of a four-person team responsible for the care and management of over 90,000 organically raised chickens.
Part of a seven-person design team responsible for UX strategy, user research, IA, UX/UI design, and usability testing for sports data solutions across media, team performance, and betting products. Collaborated with product owners, engineers, data, sales, and marketing teams to understand business, technical, and user requirements throughout the product’s lifecycle.
Organised and taught weekly English classes in La Honda, a small neighborhood on the outskirts of Medellin, Colombia, for at-risk youth and adults. Redesigned the Volunteer in Colombia website.

The sole UX designer on TPN's digital team responsible for user research, UX design, and usability testing. Utilised retail technology both online and in-store to reach CPG clients' target shoppers, ensuring an integrated omni-channel experience. Collaborated with planning, client services, creative and development teams to design ways to engage customers at the point of purchase while driving conversion through promotional programs and interactive digital experiences. Clients included Gatorade, Clorox and Hershey.
First UX designer under the Head of Agency Services responsible for UX research and design deliverables, including user journey maps, research reports, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. Engaged directly with clients to present designs, facilitate design workshops, and develop research plans aligned with customer and business needs. Clients included Navistar, Pathway Vet Alliance, Zurich, and FiServe.
