"Riana was absolutely instrumental in designing a new tool from the ground up to replace something that needed urgent sunsetting.
She ran the project from a design perspective and did a great job in learning a complex set of project specific nuances and requirements and turn them into a functional product design. The project required her to manage multiple different groups of stakeholders, with different expectations and needs, and she was brilliant in delivering the expect design while keeping everyone happy and achieving feature parity at a very early stage.
She validated user requests and wasn't afraid to propose different and more streamlined solutions whenever possible, which resulted in a much easier prototype for the developers to implement.
She was clear and concise in the handover of the prototype and wireframes to the developer team and was always available to clarify any question we had as well as incorporate our feedback effectively.
